Grief is hard. It can be difficult to understand, let alone to cope with. I lost my brother last 2020. It's been two years but I'm still grieving. There's no way of telling until when one shall grieve. In search of ways to help me heal I stumbled with the thought of designing my journals. I want a space to write down my thoughts and feelings about what has happened... and so, Through My Grief was born.
The idea for Through My Grief came from a desire to create something beautiful and useful, because there's nothing worse than losing someone in your life but feeling like there's nothing left for them in this world. Through My Grief will eventually become a place where people can connect with each other through mutual experiences of loss, grief, and healing.
If you're experiencing grief, it can be so comforting to know that there are people out there who understand what you're going through and want to help you find a way forward. Through My Grief is here for you—and we have a collection of journals designed to help you grieve, and to support you as you do.
